I’m a published author.
I am a co-author of the 2nd edition of the best-selling book, Agile Retrospectives: A Practical Guide for Catalyzing Team Learning and Improvement (along with Esther Derby and Diana Larsen).

The book was written to help teams and organizations run more effective retrospectives. Why is this important? It’s important because teams and organizations that learn rapidly deliver greater customer value faster and more reliably.
I am also the author of free online resource The Ultimate Guide to Agile Retrospectives, which I wrote as a way to give back to the retrospectives community by helping teams get more value from their retrospectives. If your retrospectives are boring, or they fail to lead to real change, this guide is for you.
